We will celebrate World Book Day on Friday, March 6th. Pupils will be given a name/gift tag to take home and write the name of their favourite character and the book they are in.

They will then bring in their tag and share with/present to their classmates why they have chosen that character/book.  Pupils can also dress up as that character if they wish. 

We will also have lots of reading activities going on and Years 5 & 6 will be 'Book Buddies' for the younger classes.

For the parents we will send out information about the benefits of 20 minutes of reading with your child each day.
