Welcome to Year 6
Our class saint is St. Kateri Tekakwitha, the first Native American to be recognised as a saint by the Catholic Church. She was born in 1656, in the Mohawk village of Ossernenon.
She was canonised by Pope Benedict XVI in 2012. She is the patroness of ecology & environment, people in exile and Native Americans

RE journeys with Jesus from Galilee to Jerusalem, discovering the links between miracles and the holy sacraments.

Numeracy focusses on decimals and equivalent fractions.
