Saint Luigi Scrosoppi is the Y2 class saint this year, voted for by the children. His feast day is 3rd of April. He was born in 1804 in Fruili, North Italy and died in 1884. He was made a Saint by Pope John Paul II. Luigi Scrosoppi was noted for his miraculous healings, a virtue that reinforced faith in countless believers. It led to his beatification on June 4, 1981, by Pope John Paul II, and subsequently, he was canonised as a saint on June 10, 2001.
